Associazione Studio L&P is a non-profit association, founded in 2008 and for several years a training agency recognized by the Region of Sardinia. Founded with the aim of supporting the socio-occupational insertion of fragile individuals by enhancing the empowerment of the person and carrying out evaluation and monitoring activities on initiatives to achieve tangible (creation of systems such as platforms, or apps) and intangible (such as obtaining skills from learners in training paths and/or attention and care of people in the provision of services) objectives.
The desire to remain not only in step with the times but to always seek innovative models and approaches to support and accompany people in difficulty in different capacities (from school dropouts to non-EU women to young people in the broadest sense), has led it over the years to develop projects to support socio-occupational integration.
Another important goal of the association, born out of the paths the members have taken over the years in the field of empowerment and strategic counselling, is the study and implementation of methods and approaches that can “strengthen” the person in his or her life journey.
Studio L&P has 20 years’ experience in designing, managing and organizing workshops and individual interviews following methodologies and approaches borrowed from the different disciplines and schools of thought he has been dealing with for years at national and European level (from empowered oriented, to enterprise simulation, role playing, PGC, PCM, World café, participatory and interactive workshops) that he uses with different targets at national and European level.
For years, It has managed the design and management of evaluation and monitoring plans for projects, especially European ones, has experience in statistical data analysis, use of techniques and identification of monitoring indicators and related tools. Studio L&P has designed and managed training and social inclusion pathways (especially at the regional and European level) in which she has always set out to encourage those who for various reasons were out of the workforce, to regain an active role in the community.
It has organized debates and conferences involving local and European stakeholders.
It has in-house staff experienced in skills certification, instructional design, development of training methodologies, and WBL management and organization.
Studio L&P has close relations with VET agencies, schools and companies with whom it has been collaborating for years in the territory and at the European level and, for some years now, also in non-EU territories. Partner of ASAF (Sardinian Association of Training Agencies). Since 2016 it has activated a close relationship with ITS TAGSS Sassari to support its careful and modern development, in line with innovative teaching methodologies. In fact, the legal representative of Studio L&P is in her second term of the chairmanship of the Technical Scientific Committee.
Studio L&P has always promoted Europe and Erasmus+, the legal representative Gabriella Longu is an Erasmus + Epale ambassador.
