Aim of the Project
To equip young people with the skills they need to enter the labor market and at the same time make VET (vocational training) attractive. To achieve this goal we want to design and validate, an Edu-larp (Educational Live Action Role Playing) on enterprise, then use a game to convey values and skills that, with other modes, would appear boring. In addition, this mode of learning gives players the opportunity to better understand what they would or would not like to do in the corporate world.
In summary our goals:
- Develop an innovative and replicable training model that allows young people, to stay in touch with the world of education and/or reconnect.
- To provide an opportunity for young people to learn from each other by having them experience cultural differences as an important value added to personal culture.
- To provide an opportunity for some young people from Sardinia and Türkiye, to be able to engage with different worlds and realities. The principle is equity for a Europe of all and for all.
- To create an educational model on enterprise/work that makes young people understand the beauty of work achievement, at whatever level, and the gratification they can derive from it.
- Activate a constructive discussion on training/educational methodologies with the Turkish partner to grow the staff of both organizations in a discussion open to mutual improvement.
